my b450 aorus pro wouldn`t run below cl18 for 3600mhz

i have ryzen 5 5600x
am on aorus b450 pro and i can`t run my memory with 3600mhz on cl 16 at all i have to make it cl 18 to run and with performance loss this is broken is there is a solution

i have b450 aorus M with F60e bios and 5600x also, cant run my memories 3200 16-18-18-36 or i get no post, have to raise timmings to 18-22-22-40
